Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Srinivasa Caravans, we craft personalized journeys just for you. Please review this policy carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Non-Refundable Bookings

No refunds will be issued for any canceled booking under any circumstances. Once payment is confirmed, your reservation is final.

2. Rescheduling

If your plans change, you may request to reschedule up to 7 days before your departure date. Rescheduling terms:

• Subject to availability on your new dates
• A 10% change fee applies
• Submit your request in writing to our email below

3. No-Shows & Early Returns

Failing to start your trip (no-show) or returning the caravan early does not entitle you to any refund or credit for unused days or mileage.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, force majeure), we may offer one-time rescheduling or credit toward a future trip. Cash refunds will not be granted.
