The customer shall be fully responsible for any physical damage, loss, or breakage caused to the caravan or its interiors during the booking period.
This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by negligence, misuse, rash handling, accidents due to customer fault, or violation of usage guidelines.
The cost of repair or replacement shall be assessed by Srinivasa Caravans, and the customer agrees to bear such charges in full.

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Maintenance & Availability
While we aim for 24/7 availability, Site access may be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for temporary outages.
10. Pricing, Distance & Additional Charges
The total booking amount is calculated based on distance, duration, and additional usage. The following pricing terms apply:
- A minimum charge of ₹30,000 applies, which includes travel up to 300 km per day.
- Any distance exceeding the included limit will be charged at ₹100 per additional kilometer per day.
- Standby charges of ₹1000 per hour will apply if the vehicle is kept waiting beyond the agreed schedule.
- Location-specific parking charges, tolls, permits, and entry fees (if any) shall be borne by the customer.
- Out-of-state travel may attract additional charges as per applicable state regulations.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties. Srinivasa Caravans and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
